Workout Spreadsheet Updates

by Travis Hlavka

So here’s the deal…. I’ve created spreadsheets in the past and uploaded them and shared them. The problem is sometimes I will update the spreadsheets and make them better…. OR, I’ll create a new spreadsheet that’s really awesome.

That’s great for me, but for everyone else that’s downloaded my spreadsheets, it’s not good. They have no idea I’ve updated anything or created anything new and cool. SOOOO……..

AND… I still hate spammers and they should all be beat profusely about the head and shoulders with a blunt object

I may act like a 12yr old a lot of the time, but that's because I have a genetic defect that will not allow me grow up. HOWEVER, I do take strength training and fitness very seriously and I love using what I know to help others reach their fitness goals and avoid the bazillion mistakes I've made in my 25+ yrs of training. Since I don't know everything, I never stop learning. Note: I am no longer a "certified" trainer, but I truly understand more about fitness and health now than I ever did with that official piece of paper.

Hey Jr, no problem. Glad to help out. I might be able to give you some pointers on using Excel, but teaching on how to use all the calculations and things within Excel would actually be much more difficult. I basically learned how to do everything I know by spending hours and hours within Excel and looking at other peoples spreadsheets and playing with their formulas and things.

Let me know if you have any basic questions and I can try to help. 🙂

Hey Tim, Glad you like the spreadsheets. 🙂 I haven’t made any modifications to the spreadsheets in quite a while, but I’m thinking of creating a version for Mac users in iWork (Numbers). Also, been playing with a new workout that I may try mix in some 5×5 or 5/3/1 with.

p.s. Really need to fix this site up tho first because it’s painfully slow. ugh :/

p.p.s. Nothing like a reply after 3 months eh? Doh! 😉
